Philip holds a First-class honours degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering and has over 17 years of experience in the Generation, Transmission, and Distribution sector. He has worked for the UK’s leading Distribution Network Operator in key areas and departments in delivery, strategic, and leadership roles. His focus through UBGC has been on delivering solutions that support the integration of renewable generation and energy storage within networks, using both traditional and smart grid approaches, which he applies in both the UK and Mongolia.
